Example: Vizion360 Sales Analytics Executive Dashboard 
The executive dashboard shown above is delivered through Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007 and has been laid out in four quadrants: Scorecard, Line Graph, Sales Report and Report Library. Executives can quickly view status of their key sales performance indicators (KPIs) using the scorecard on the top left. The scorecard uses color coded indicators to identify how KPIs are performing vs. pre-set targets. Green indicates "on target" and red indicates "off target". The line graph on the top right is linked to the scorecard KPIs and will change to reflect the selected KPI data. The daily sales report in the lower left is generated by Microsoft Reporting Services. The report library on the lower right houses dynamic reports that are connected to the data source. These reports refresh with the most recent data when opened and allow users to drill through from high level summary information down to greater detail such as invoice level information allowing for in-depth analysis.

The report shown above is delivered in Microsoft Excel. Each Vizion360 solution comes with a standard set of reports similar to this one. This example shows how easy it is to compare period over period data. How quickly can you compare this year-to-date and month-to-date sales vs. last year's? With Vizion360 this information is always available. Just point and click. Notice the tabs along the bottom of the report. With one click sales data can be viewed by customer or by product.
These reports are also dynamic. They allow users to examine data in greater detail. For example, if the report revealed that a customer's year-to-date sales were off significantly from last year it is possible to dive deeper into data specific to the identified customer. You could view all the products this customer has purchased. Perhaps it's one specific item that stands out and requires investigation.
